The typical delivery time in continental US is 5-7 business days for ground shipping, but can occasionally take longer. Hawaii and Alaska deliveries will arrive in around 10 business days.
All other countries:

International orders usually take 7-20 business days for delivery. It is your own responsibility to cover the cost if your package is subject to import duties or additional local taxes.

Yes! We want you to be head over heels for your new jewelry. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we want to make things right.
How do I return my jewelry?
Just send us an email within 7 days from the day you receive your parcel saying you’d like a refund. Then, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions for returning your jewelry.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund of the purchase price of your items (excl. the shipping fee in case you paid for shipping).
